Once we receive your hard drive it will be logged into our system & queued for evaluation by one of our data recovery technicians. We will provide you with our initial diagnosis, total recovery cost and estimated completion date within 24 of receiving your hard drive. (48hrs for Clean Room evaluation). |

Upon receiving your approval to proceed, your hard drive will be "cloned" (The integrity of your data is never placed in jeopardy as all recovery procedures are performed on an exact sector by sector duplicate of your original drive) and re-queued for the actual recovery procedures. |

If your hard drive is repairable, and in our opinion will stay repaired, we will return your data on your repaired drive. If it is determined that your drive cannot be repaired, we can return your recovered data in a variety of ways, including copying it to a new hard drive, writeable CD, Zip/Jazz cartridge, or tape system.We will keep a copy of your data for one week to ensure the successful re-installation of your data. Once your data is re-installed, your data will be purged from our storage vaults. |

- You send in your data media for a free evaluation. We do a free "check up" of your media. The evaluation takes 1 to 2 working days (or slightly longer if the job queue is long on first-come-first-served basis) and we will then generate a quotation for you. You then decide whether to continue with the data recovery.

If however, you decide not to proceed with the data recovery, we will then charge a small S$50 cancellation fee to cover the time spent in handling your data media. This is not evaluation fee because it will only be charged if you cancel the job. The cancellation fee does not include any delivery charge/custom or duty tax (if any).
- Upon confirmation of quotation, in the event that the data is not recoverable, there will be absolutely no charge.
- In our standard service, jobs are processed on queue. For a 10 to 40 GB hard disk, price ranges typically from S$200 to S$2000 and time taken ranges from 2 to 5 working days, most of them are done within 1 to 3 working days. |
